Hi all - please help

Mh question has been asked by thousands but no one to date has given the legal answer!
In 2010 I was deported for smsing a graphic text to a CIA agent,I was deported and told I should reaply in two years time - 2012.
I need to know due to my deportation I could not manage to pay my bank loans - I now have a job opportuinity in another GCC country - will my passed count against me, will I be arrested?

I have a hance to pay my debt but need to know if I can be confidant in entering a GCC country as the banks now to have blacklisted me too.
