Well Folks, i got tranferred in this company last 2010.My company now is totally messed up.Every week they cancelled some Labours,Staff & Engineer aside from long vacation option for 5 months duration.I want to resign on this company before its my turn.Can i demand for NOC because i had NOC from my previous company & transferred in this company?Is there any procedure about this matter? I really want to leave this company but i am afraid if they give me long vacation and my family is here or if i resigned they might not give me NOC & i dont ruin my family lives.Please advise!Thanks QLers!

NOC is at Employer's Discretion. You cannot demand but you can beg.
