As everyone said, what i understand you cannot transfer kadama visa shifting to other position. Or you finished the contract, exit and back for new working visa. Hope you understand. Thanks and good luck!
s_isale is correct. kadama visas cannot be converted or even transferred to working visa with another company. i have a friend who has that and she has to exit Qatar and get a different visa (i.e. family) just to be able to come back and work with a different company.
On my experienced, kadama visa can also be change but it depends on the company you are going to work with. If they have a good connection in Immigration, they can do it smoothly..
