Compensation for early contract termination
Dear All,
Our company has issued termination letter to some of workers and engineer since company doesn't have more project at hand. Those engineers and workers contract period was two years and there is still couple of months for them to see out their contract. Some peoples told us that if company terminate contract in advance before letting the employee finish their contract then company has to pay compensation to employees for remaining months of their contract period.
Company has issued termination letter two months in advance to all of those employees. Company told that if termination is issued in advance then employees are not entitled to receive salary for the rest of month in their contract period, is it true?
Moreover, is there any law that says that workers are entitled to recieve sick leave with pay if he didn't ask for sick leave at end of year?

A contract means nothing in Qatar. It can terminated by either party with one months notice.
