In order to apply for CID report you need to provide below mentioned documents:
- ID/RP/passport copy
- Police clearance form the country of origin duly attested
- Educational certificate duly attested
- NOC letter from current sponsor
- Transfer of sponsorship form (stamped/signed by current employer and Immigration department + your signature and new sponsor signature/stamp)
- CR from current sponsor (computer registration/ authorized signatures list)
- Sometime is required resignation letter by Arabic
- 1 passport size photograph
