Schengen VISA from Qatar

Salary statemnets are required, to know your financial status, whether u r financial capable of paying the medical bills in case of medical emergencies happening to u in schengen area, any losses, thefts, etc. They need an amount sufficient enough to bear the expenses of your trip.

@nes001 Schengen visa allows to travel to any country like france,germany,spain,italy,switz, belgium,etc. But if your trip is limited to Zurich you can apply for Swiss visa. I have already given u d link for swiss visa procedure and docs required. Go through that link.

K.... what’s the procedure for Swiss Visa , I have to follow same steps like Schengen .?

They need to know, how much money you saved for your europe trip ..

Is any salary limitation to getting it ? why they need bank-statement ..normally salary has already mentioning in employer letter ..!!!

i have only around 8k so ..am eligible ..?

Why dont you directly apply for a swiss visa ..if you just want to visit Zurich

I recently obtained schengen visa from Doha, Return flights tickets are must along with Hotel booking & local travel.

I recently got my Schengen Visa from French embassy. Below r d docs reqrd-

1. Return air ticket- Just dummy ticket is enough which any travel agent can give u without any charge

2. Travel insurance covering the dates of your full journey. Coverage of min 30k euros. I took from Axa. Shud cost u 72 qar for 15 days for 1 person.

3. Six month bank statement with bank seal. Good to have at least 15k-16k QAR balance.

4. Letter to the respective embassy from your employer. This shud be in standard format n i belive d visa section of ur compny wud know abt d format.

5. 2 PP photos in standard format reqd for Schengen visa. Any photo studio shud b able to give dat. Shud cost u 25 qar for 8 photos.

6. Full hotel booking.

7. QID n PP copies

8. Take enough copies as if u make xerox in embassy den they will charge u 3 qar per copy.

i appied thru Capago mena. It is French embassy authorized company which collect d docs n gives back PP with visa stamp.
