I would like to know if it is possible to change my family's permanent visa to a visit visa so that I need not send them to my home country when my company sponsorship is changed.

no, you cannot change company sponsored visa to a visit visa.

If you meet the criteria, and your company gives you NOC - you can change sponsorship to another company, but not to a visit visa.

a wife however can change from company sponsorship to husband / family sponsorship with no problems.
