Is it possible to go to other country in Gulf for jobs, when i give resignation on my vacation. After giving resignation can i join immediately in other country. please suggest me ....

Oh! So you thought that you will be saved from serving 1 month notice period (or whatever mentioned in your contract letter)if you will give resignation on vacation time??? How smart you are??? Do you think your employer is a FOOL who will accept your resignation during vacation period?? He could even block your vacation time..Mind it!!

If you will leave your company this way, you will get the ban of 2yrs which i am sure you are not so concerned of...But better don't spoil your goodwill and reputation that you have earned while working with your company...

u can join anywhere but get proper cancellation on u r current RP which will good for u r career prospects.
