Hello Dear Freinds,

Am a postgraduate having 10 exp in UAE recently came to doha on visit visa and i got the jobe here i have submitted my noc from visit sponspor and present company has already got the temporary permit also but my medical test, fingerprints and RP is not yet done and still under probation period.

Fortunatley i have got the good job offer planning to switch is its is possible please tell me what is the procedure and avoiding to get any ban also sametime.

Read your contract carefully. Generally companies put a clause there that either party can break the contract at 3 days notice without any obligation on any party. If it is so, then you can break your contract.
