My dear your father cannot sponsor you as a family member as your age is above the limit. But he can arrange your visit visa for maximum 6 months or work visit visa if your previous company provide NOC for this purpose.

You can be sponsored on a Family Visit Visa which goes up to 6 months. What you cannot be is sponsored on a dependant visa as you are above 18 years old. You won't be allowed to work unless the company you left has issued you with a NOC (No Objection Certificate).

First are you a male or a female? If you're a male and 18 years old above your father can't sponsor you on a family visa.
