Cancelled Visa with NOC (without exit)
By sirdave_canonigo •
Hi,
I just want to ask those who have experienced the same with mine since i need an advice regarding this.
I have been charged QR10 per day for overstaying here since my visa was already cancelled by my previous employer last January 2013.
Now, the previous company is willing to give me NOC, however, i want to know if it is possible for me to transfer to a new sponsor without going out of Doha?
Because i might have some bank hold order already in the airport.
Please advice on the procedure on how i can transfer my sponsorship with that case...
Thank you guys...
I already talked to the bank and they told me that they can only dispute the bank case once the loan is fully paid, however, that is the reason why i didn't leave because i don't have that amount with me right now, and that is also the reason why i convienced my employer to give me NOC.
Then i asked the opinion of Human Rights (Ministry of Interior) and they told me that it is possible.
Can somebody with a broad knowledge can please give me an advice.
you have to identify new employer and get NOC from old employer and the new employer must transfer your salary to the bank where you have a loan.
You must also talk to the bank that it they will take the repayment in instalments
NOC is not enough for transferring visa to other company without exit.
There is a form for change of sponsor which has to be signed and stamped by your ex-employer as well as prospective employer.
Next step would be CID clearance and medical(not sure if medical is mandatory in all cases)
Then you have to submit your passport to the new company and they shall start the visa transfer procedure.
Please note that according to the best of my knowledge, visa transfer without exit is possible only if your visa was not cancelled by the ex-employer
No matter what you do next you need to take an exit even if you have an NOC. Any new visa will warrant you to re-enter Qatar to be valid. You will have to go through the same rigmarole of medical, finger printing etc. as you did the first time you entered Qatar.
I think the first thing that you need to do is to find a job and ask your employer to take responsibility of your outstanding loan. Of course your new employer has to trust you.
Good Luck
Cancelled Since January 2013 ... Oh ! your still here and your brother also thesame .. Hmmn...
I do not think cancellation of visa can be revived again. I guess you need new Visa either from same company or any other company (if other company means you need NOC from existing company).
After stamping Residence Permit, you need to give salary transfer obligation letter to the bank along with your new Residence Permit and ID card copies.
I am also need about this . My brother is also in same position.
