I am kumar from India.In may-2007 i was made contract with one Qatar company thru consultancy.company taken the visa for me but at last they asked money,i refused that offer.After making biggg drama they given back my passport.

Now In may-2009 i selected by another company directly but this new company unable to process the visa for me.they are telling that old company made a ban in my name for 5 years.is it possible?
