Can a person with non-cancelled expired visa in UAE, enter qatar for another job?

A year before(july 2010), I came out of UAE in vacation leave and didnt go back due to unavoidable situation. My visa expired on september 2010. I requested my employer through phone to cancel my visa this january (2011). No proper response from them.I dont have any sort of loan or dept in UAE. Now I am getting gud offers from qatar and oman. can I enter to these GCC countries with my expired un-cancelled visa & work permit left in UAE? or Is there any procedure to cancel my UAE visa by staying from India without seeking help my former employer?

EXPIRED VISA IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED WITHOUT PROPER CANCELLATION. HERE IN QATAR, AN EXPIRED WORKING VISA WITHOUT CANCELLING, THE WORKER WILL BE BANNED FOR 2 YEARS. THAT MEANS YOU CANNOT ENTER QATAR WITHIN 2 YEARS...

your visa is cancel auotmattically ,when u go to UAE immegration it will show cancel in system they will stamped on thst , but if u dont have lone r cradit cards outstanding , feel free to go to qatar .....
