Can someone please tell me cn i give birth you and then return to my country to regester my child and the come back.And what about a pasport for my baby.

Babies can be delivered anywhere my dear but ofcourse s/he wont get the nationality but only birth certificate stating the birth of the child in the State of Qatar.
Giving birth at the 'appropriate' time is your right so no need to worry about that even if you deliver during flight, as a goodwill gesture or rule which I am not very much sure about, your baby can fly free of charge for lifetime thru that specific airline :-D
