i am here with my family .i am not satisfying my present job.if in case i canceled my RP shall i comeback the next day or soon by visit visa and join wit my family.plzzz help in this subject.?

You can comeback anytime on Visit/business/toursit visa(but you have to cancel your RP), but to get work or change within 2 years you have to have NOC from your previous sponsor.
No its not possible, when you will resign, first your family visa need to cancel, then bank clearance, then your visa will be caceled. There also ban on you for visit visa. This as per best information.
