can I apply for wife permanent visa? Instead of waiting for 3 month then apply permanent visa.?

My wife was on visit visa and she exit on May 15, 2011. Now there is 3 month rules for applying for visit visa again (I have to wait 3 month before applying again for visit visa) this is rule.

My question is, can I apply for wife permanent visa? Instead of waiting for 3 month then apply permanent visa.?

i am afraid if i apply permanent visa and they will say ... we refuse your visa becouse your wife is exit 1 month before and now you have to wait three month.... :(
what to do plz reply

Yes you can apply for Permanent visa.. 3 months rule is only for visit visa

yes you can ...so just go ahead men you can apply permanent visa for her also once you get Permanent visa you can call her any time no need to wait for three months to be over...
