I have signed a contract with co. in Qatar and they sent me Business visit visa. I am already in qatar for 1 week. When I received the visa, i ask question to the co. that this is business visa while you are asking me to leave my previous job and cancel the residency in my passport before coming to qatar while you are providing me business visa only. They informed me that they will convert it to work visa immediely.

My passport is with the co. and iam working for them. I do not know what they will do.

Could anyone tell me what the documents will be required from my end to immigration dept. when converting to work visa?

The other thing, can i look for job in other co. too while on business visit visa if offer is more attractive, please advise
