I just want to ask, what are the requirements for transferring my business visa to husband sponsor? do we need NBI Clearance to philippines?

im under company business visa, my visa is going to expired this january, my husband decided to transfer me to his sponsor. do we need NBI clearance? what else requirements do we need? we ask the mandoop but i dont think thei mandoop help us.
