Are there any change in the rules of Ban period for an employee resigned from 1 year to 6 months. Pls provide the information
i wish its just like that but sad to say, its two long years :(
couple of months before, i read in Gulf times, it is under observation to amend it for 5 years.
2yrs w/o NOC.

No changes, if your visa cancel by your employer 2 years befor u can comback here if u are terminated 5 years before u can comback. if your previous employer grant u NOC u can comback anytime.if employer will blacklisted u here then u cannot comback and u cannot go to any GCC country.
