back to Doha with Bahranien RP w/o NOC

Dear Freinds

good evening

im leaving Doha end of next month to Bahrain
my sponsor didnt accept to give me a NOC
the company in bahrain wilL issue for me a residential permit as electrical enginner or sales manager
my RP here now is electrical eng but my position is sales manager
does im alloud to comeback to doha even without NOC from my sponsor with this new Bahranian RP.
i heard that i can comeback for 2 months visa and renew it for an additional month
plUs the company in bahrain have a sister company here in doha with same name but they are not connected via paper registration
please advice

simply cause i will comeback to control the work of the company here

go out and back every 2-3 months if im alloud to do that

they dont need me in bahrain branch

they need me here cause all my clients are here

anybody heard about new rules that has been issued lately

even with visit visa u may need a noc

YES you can come back without the need of NOC and with the Bahriani RP...others are doing the same... :)

this noc is very complicated

nobody can give u the right answer

i know 2 other guys frommy copany who have been also canceled for 2 years

they are now in abu dabi

and both they comeback to doha and nobody stopped them

and they still need 3 months to finish the 2 year

and sure all the masters will have an OBJECTION because they know you will have a better opportunity, and more benefit.

now it is NO OBJECTION Certificate
