i am newly hired by a company here in doha and they are requiring noc. now the travel agency who sponsored my visa(tourist visa) is requiring a visa approval so they can release my noc. will the company provide me with this one?or is it one of their responsibility to provide to their newly hired employees this visa approval so they can get their noc. thank you
