Good day, i just want to ask if somebody knows the usual process after the "approval for Nationality", my boss told me that the approval for my Nationality has been released, is it the visa itself? And if not, how long does it take for the bussines visa will be approved? Pls enlighten me. Thanks

i agree to nokie01..dont blame the IO (Immigration Officer) or the Government they are just doing their job to prevent illegal recruitment..but one thing is for sure kung ang pupuntahan mo dito is your immediate family and you have all the proper documents to prove it,there is no reason para ma-offload ka..i just came here and im on business visa.natakot din ako at first kasi what if itanong sakin ano business ko sa qatar and i dont have answer for that. pero im lucky narin na mabait yung IO na natapat sa sakin at tinanong lang if sino pupuntahan ko..since nandito naman asawa ko and i have our marriage contract with red ribbon madali ako nakalusot..

just a piece of advice nalang try na wag tumapat sa babaeng IO..mas strict kasi sila lalo na yung medyo oldies na..

Goodluck

travelers using tourist and bus. visa should prove their purpose of travel. its a task for phil. immigration officer to investigate it to avoid illegal recruiters. most of the illegal recruits use this kind of visa. documents are just documents and anyone can provide, replicate or fake it.

Still the offloading in philippine immigration is going on even you have all documents. My friend(lady) who was travelling February 09 2014 had been offloaded, she said they where asking unnecessary documents including her house contract, shop contract in her own country. She was in a tourist visit visa. Its all about the corruption process, if you can pay bribe money to the agents who got backstage contact with the officers, you can get through...
