Dear friends,
My name is Mohamed.
I am working in Qatar for 4 years. My former employer cancelled my working visa after the end of my contract. I need to go back in Qatar .I have a job offer .My future employer is asking a No objection Certificate from my previous employer, but he refuse to give. My future employer told me to apply a Visit visa in order for me to come back in Qatar. Is it possible?

you cant do that, transferring or applying a job to other company needs a NOC.

I guess you can come back on visiting visa but not sure
