about work Visa ban lifting

hi,
I am working in a company in Qatar since last 2 year on work visa. I want to change my job to another company inside qatar. My employer is not giving NOC, so I may get ban of 2 years.

Is there any provision in qatar-law to lift the work visa ban. I am ready to pay the fine I may need to pay.

please suggest.

If the current employer is not providing NOC, then so sorry but you will be banned from the country for 2 yrs.

To pay a Fine as you say is not the way, that could get you into even more problems since other govt entities are now involved in this sponsor change matter.

Just be careful and try to get your employer to give the NOC.
