3 Months Visa Expire Please advice

Hi QL's I'm new here in Qatar just give me advice for my visa was already expired May 21 for 3 months because until now i'm still waiting for my verification of my school documents in Manila I just gave it to Philippine Embassy 1 month ago for stamping but they sent to manila for verification that's why our PRO he cannot apply for me a qatar ID. Question how many days before for cancelling my visa if my documents still not yet come in Qatar PRO said we will pay per day for penalties.

My work-business visa has expired on 30-01-2015 (after 3 months period of stay in Qatar).I have informed my company hr and they are saying that They will send me Dubai for exit but still they did not.Now they are saying that they are processing my work visa and no need to exit.
My question is that Is it possible to process my work visa even after expiry of Work-Business visa? Who will be responsible for penalty after expiry and what is the penalty charges per day?
My company was saying that I have to bear the penalty charges.
please guide me.
now im in business visit visa valid upto 9th april 2014. how many days it will take for change my visa to Company's business visa?

So in that case, marriage certificates are not authentic and invalid if the authentication has expired? Hmmm, I better not to tell my wife about the validity. LOL
hi Yonexi. If what you are saying is a new rule advised by DFA regarding 1 year validity of authenticated docs, then you are strongly advised to post the link. I assume you will post the link of a Government site.
It is really not helpful especially for Filipinos to repeat those procedures knowing that authenticated docs are already certified and authentic, except for the fact if the document that were authenticated have a validity (for example prc, drivers license and police clearances).
Otherwise the Mods have to remove his post because it is just a RUMOR.

DFA ang red ribbon authentication is valid for 1 year only.. as per new rules.
hi richard I came here with documents authenticated redribbon but my documents is already 2006 but when I asked to embassy they said still valid they sent it to manila for verification. I do apply again in manila new authenticate documents just in case there is a problem my old documents.
hi alex my visa is temporary working visa our PRO said that we will pay 10 riyals per day.
if you are in business visa , you must exit after 3 months of extension, if you did not exit , you will face 200 qr per day,if your company will cover the penalty cost its ok , but exiting qatar is a must and return after re apply again for a new business visa.but if your visa is temporary working visa valid for three months there's no need to exit just the company pay 10 qr per day penalty,until normal procedure of RP application is approved but still you are prone anytime catch by the shorta...
i just want to ask, did you came here in doha without your documents authenticated and red ribboned by DFA?

That s company headache...thy should have called u once ur work visa was n hand..thy will take care if u came thru thm
visa penalty is QR200 per day. once your visa will expire, you have to exit a day before your visa expire or on the day it expire to avoid paying penalty. visa processing takes time especially if working visa. minimum is 2 weeks.
