Understand your situation, Dont travel upto 3 months . Try with any Health centre for that certificate, I am sure your wife will have Etharaz app and in that there will be Health Card number , you can use as the reference. Always go in emergency centre in health centre, I would prefere Al Thumama or Old Airport or Wakra Health centre.
