I applied for sponsorship change. but ADLSA Rejected the first time for a medical certificate and COVID-19 negative certificate.

then I get Medical Certificate From naseem al rabeeh qatar . and i get Covid-19 Negative certificate from qatar red crescent fereej abdulaziz health center.

Then I applied again with those certificate but I got rejection again From ADLSA. and they send me this message. and they are saying they rejected because of a medical certificate now where I will go for this medical certificate. can anyone help me, please
