Have you tried the Govt Vet clinic in Old Airport yet. Its not as fancy like the other vets clinics . Its still a cheaper option as the consultation is free and you have to pay only for the meds. Doctors there are good. The location is available in google maps as Government Veterinary Services and timings are 7:30 to 12:30pm from Sunday to Thursday.

They don't have pharmacy inside their institution so you may go to nearest vet pharmacy in barwa village.
