Your PRO is playing with you. Your RP depends upon the visa you were given when you entered the country.
If your visa was of Mandub, you will have Mandub QID. If you want to change profession, then your visa has to be transferred to Engineer visa. This is something PRO should know.
You need to get your degrees attested by Qatar Embassy in your home country. Then your company has to transfer your visa to Engineer visa and get a new RP.
After this u can apply for MMUP exam.
