Business visa can be extended for 3 months and with special approval it can even be extended for another 3 months.
Go get a business visa ,travel directly from Philippines- Doha, just show the Marriage contract if they ask so many questions only, copy of passport of my husband, affidavit of support to the immigration if asked there only.

Dont get confused this kind of scenario is not first time with me.
