why didn't you inquire before you join?
You want to switch just after 4 months don't you think its unfair for them they did some investment on you to get your visa and everything processed, take a breath and rethink again.
one Friendly advice however you might get good offer than this but believe me if they are paying you on time then you are in heaven never leave, if not then all the content of my comment is null and void..
