1st thing... Do not follow Molten's advice... because you married to live with your wife... and she married to you to live with you not with her parents...

10k salary is enough but all depends on your living standard....

You can bring her on visit visa which is one month valid and extendable for 6 months after medical.

If your company can provide Accommodation then you can apply for RP with 7k or 8k salary....

Finding a job for her here is better but it will be much easy if she is under your sponsorship.
