This one good move, b'cos they were making lots of money from it. Education is now big business for them. They just want to make money money money.
Further requesting support from you all, Indian Government should to banned School based exam for X STD conducted by School, it is bias to CBSE student, they just want to make money and reserved their seat for next curriculum with school based exam.
Note All student should have one common exam from CBSE Delhi Board nothing else. So please raise your concern to banned the school base exam.
