From the data seen to date - It sounds like a fire broke out under the cockpit and in one of the toilets. The 90deg and 360deg swerves are good pilot procedure. The first steers the plane off normal flying course and the second is to slow the plane up. As sad as it sounds lets hope it was electrical failure / fire and not anything else.
Just seems odd there was no mayday call or emergency declared.
