From what I know (as told by a supervisor friend working at al wakra), HMC terminated its contract with IBM Kenexa due to its cost. I sent an email to al wakra's HR directly asking for firsthand information and I was told that the HMC's central recruitment is now handling the onboarding process for all the candidates. Each facility was asked to turnover all candidates' files to the head office for review. I am not sure when they will be able to get it done, I was not given a specific timeline. I was selected sometime ago and provided with a visa, which will expire on February 19. I was instructed to resign 3 months ago by my point of contact from IBM Kenexa, which I did and have been out of job since.
