I wanna ask you how many employee you have in your Company, if 03 employee only, it means all people working all are Managers no Staff...You are not supposed to go directly to labor department. Your HR or Mandoop will write a letter to them that your designation has change from salesman to Sales Manager. They will attached your documents such as Diploma attested by Ministry, Once approve then you have Manager in your QID, then you can apply your Family under your sponsorship with another supporting documents, such as Salary cert,marriage cert, and Bank statement.
