Sorry Parvaiz, the Saudi Government has stopped visas for all visitor until further notice. Its almost one and a half year now. Very frustrating. And for your information you too cannot go by your own car i mean if you are a resident visa holder you have to take the tour bus for umrah no cars allowed now till today Jan 18 2016. Barak Allah Feek
