What I understood is you want to buy / sale a property back home but you are not sure if deed of sale can be authenticated in your embassy since you are on visit visa, you need to expedite the transactions. Do not trust what other your fellow country men said, hearsay is hearsay. Do call your embassy to check with them if possible, then your doubts will be cleared.
