If your Work Visit Visa arranged by a Company or Recruitment Agency, they can extend your stay with a fee. Then if you got a job, your new Employer will send you to Dubai or Bahrain for visa run then you can come back to Qatar with Employment Visa, not necessarily to go back to your Country.
