marhaba7 -its the distributor issue, most of the hotels already blocked the pre-order for turkey and having them cooked and sold in their value. Probably there is only one or two distributors and they made the deals with the hotel chains already. So you are left with no choice (like most things here), your only choice is to get it pre-ordered from hotels. Its not the supermarket chain issue. (Same for lobsters here, I heard that there is only 2 distributors and they mostly sell their stocks to the hotels.
