If you need sponsorship then you need to find a job. There's no other legal way around it. If you've been reading QL for a few months you will see every day a new post from someone who thought a free visa was a real, legal, legitimate thing, only to discover they are breaking the law, their sponsor demands huge amounts of money, they can't transfer the sponsorship, they can't get an exit letter... don't be another victim.
