Frankly, I was a bit irritated to put it mildly when told that senior colleagues had to be referred to, to write a report. How can my pain points be discussed with "colleagues" so as to provide this report?

Surely there must be several years of learning and training required to get to being employed. Also, tests that must be passed in order to practice in any country on the planet.

Therefore, why the hesitance in providing the report and the cross-referral?
