First of all congrats for getting the job. The salary offered is very good considering you 0 experience, do not dream of big salary in the first place.
Try to learn and slowly you can end up with high paid jobs in about 5 years time, depending on your skill and learning capability.

Regarding driving licence you need approx +/- 3000QR, that too depending how you drive at the time of test.
