First, if there is no "parking sign with parking slots" then its illegal.

Second, even if there is Parking sign with parking slot but they are not allowing to park there - then dont do that, cuz sometimes (after some arguments) they allow car parking - but once you are away from your car, they will try to damage the vehicle just cuz of grudge.
