The funny thing, they invite you to fill some form and to let you know that "YOU WON" in almost all the shopping centers in Qatar (I don't know why the heck these shopping malls allow them to canvas people without even knowing what they do). and if you say NO or say something else, they would look at you as one of their "biggest enemy".
