Disgusting way this was handled in such an unprofessional manner by this Senior staffer. What about the welfare of the employee ? Is it a fact she got herself drunk ? Was her drink spiked ? Was she ill ? I bet Mr Dimitiov failed to check any of the above ,, Senior Customer relations staff ,,, His job title is a joke if this is how he handles issues.
