My husband will not resign, he is ok with his company, I am the one who wants to resign from my company. I am under my company's sponsorship, and my company is not giving NOC for transfer to another company. I am not under my husband's sponsorship.
If I want to go under his sponsorship, I need NOC from the company, as far as I'm informed, I don't think that will be the problem, since they are providing NOC for transfer to spouse.
Once I am under my husband sponsorship, and I want to change the job - do I still need NOC from my company ?? In that case they are not my sponsors any more, so this rule shouldn't apply....
