All you need is take the car for computer check. Many computer check shops are available in Salwa Road. For some mysterious reasons, many of the shop names have the word "German", such as "German Computer", "German Computer Car Check", etc... The report they will give you should be enough to have a clear picture of the vehicle condition.

If report is satisfactory, you can go to any traffic dept for registration.
