remove the APN, restart the mobile, create Again APN, restart Again and you are good to go... keep in mind, update the play services.

To setup Mobile Internet on your Android device follow the bellow steps:

−> Settings
−> Connections / Network Connections
−> More networks
−> Mobile Networks
−> Access Points Names
−> Open "Options" and choose "New APN"
−> Enter the following:
APN Name: data
Enter 427 in the MCC field
Enter 01 in the MNC field
Enter PAP in the authentication field
APN Type: Internet in Samsung devices and Default in other devices such as Xperia
