1. Get the NOC form filled, signed and stamped from your current sponsor. 2. Get a PCC done (Police clearance certificate) from your embassy in Doha 3. Once you get PCC, go to Ministry of External Affairs, attestation office near UK embassy and get the PCC attested. 4. Submit your passport, Qatar id, NOC form and PCC certificate to new sponsor. They will submit it to emigration dept.
